My Girl Friend is Gumiho adalah salah satu film korea favorit aku. ceritanya bagus, soo romantic, fully sadness in ending but absolutely happy ending =D. akting oppa lee seunggi yang keren dan kocak berpadu dengan shin min ah yang imut dan polos memberikan nilai tambah buat film ini. pokoknya sukka! sukka! saranghae Dae joong dan Miho!! =D

Dalam film tersebut, ada satu lagu yang paling aku suka diantara yang aku suka (abis bagus semua, hihihi).cekidot  =D

Pempek Ikan Lele

Mendengar nama pempek udah sering ya gan, tapi kalo dibuat dari ikan lele?humm, jangan heran gw bisa gan buat pempek ini.
berbahan baku ikan lele, gw bisa bikin pempek dengan rasa yang gak kalah lezat daripada pempek yang selama ini kita makan =D

kLo agan2 pada penasaran cara buatnya, just check it out :

Bahan :
250 gram daging ikan lele
350 ml air
1 butir telur
2 sendok makan garam
200 gram tepung terigu
Sagu secukupnya (tergantung sampai mana adonan kalis)
penyedap rasa secukupnya

Cara :
Daging ikan lele kita jadikan bubur dengan ditambahkan 350 ml air, lalu ditambahkan telur, garam dan penyedap rasa. diaduk dan diamkan selama 15 menit agar bubur mengental.
Pada wadah yang berbeda, tepung terigu kita tambahkan 300 ml air mendidih sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk agar tepung menggumpal, setelah jadi didiamkan hingga dingin.
Setelah dingin, tepung terigu tadi kita masukkan kedalam wadah bubur ikan lele lalu uleni hingga merata sehingga menjadi adonan ikan lele. kemudian ditambahkan sagu sedikit demi sedikit lalu uleni hingga kalis.
setelah kalis, bentuk bulat silinder dengan panjang sekitar 8 cm dan diameter 2 cm. didihkan air untuk merebus adonan pempek yang telah dibentuk kemudian rebus pempek tadi.
setelah matang, goreng pempek tadi hingga kecoklatan.

Rasa Tanggung Jawab

Tanggung jawab itu apa sih??
menurut aku tanggung jawab adalah rasa berat ketika kita tidak melakukan suatu tugas atau amanah yang telah dipercayakan kepada kita sehingga kita akan melaksanakan amanah tersebut.
apakah kamu sudah merasa begitu? kalo iya selamat berarti kamu memiliki rasa tanggung jawab =D

tapi kadang aku suka gemes banget ngeliat orang yang dengan SANTAInya melupakan tanggung jawabnya. pengen aku bilang "Kalo gak sanggup ya jangan diterima donk amanah itu!! huuuft"

padahal harusnya kita bangga udah diberi kepercayaan memegang suatu tugas/amanah, berarti kita diperlukan oleh orang lain. jadi jangan disia-siakan kepercayaan itu yah teman =D

TANGGUNG JAWAB ITU MENGUKUR SEBERAPA BESAR HARGA KITA DIMATA ORANG LAIN...SEMAKIN BESAR TANGGUNG JAWAB KITA SEMAKIN BERHARGA KITA =D
